If you have ever wanted to build an arcade cocktail machine just like the Pacman / Ms Pacman cabinets from the past then you are in the right place

These plans started as a mere conversion to Metric for Aussie Arcaders, but led to a complete re-think and re-design so the monitor stays fixed when the cabinet is opened.

'''PACMAN, MS PACMAN COCKTAIL CABINET PLANS''', by dezbaz
Dedicated cocktail machines and Kyle Linstrom's plans were great, but the monitor was attached to the hinging top, which was attached to one side.
A new version was devised and added to [aussie arcade] in Metric format
The plans have been released here
pics are available with cut lists
Woodgrain versions are also available so the grains all run the right way
Hinged control panels are used to allow for switching to 8 way games easily, as the dedicated control panels were fixed down.

Based on KYLE'S LINSTROMES PLANS [http://arcadecontrols.com/arcade_cabinet_plans.shtml#Kyle_PacMan] Which actually use a 1 INCH THICK TOP, so that's why the top is NOT on this initial cut schedule.[/COLOR]
* * * * IF you want to use a 16mm thick top, then cut the sheet to 1828 x 1220 FIRST * * * * Use the 600 x 1200 offcut piece for the top
